Description
Greek craftsmanship gives this yacht an identity that feels quite different from a conventional modern charter vessel. Built in wood with a distinctive clipper bow, Motorsailer Yacht Parea measures 28 metres and accommodates up to 12 people across five Double cabins, two complemented by additional Pullman berths. A major 2025–2026 refit introduces renewed finishes and stabilizers for greater comfort both underway and at anchor. Dining can move between the formal interior setting and the broad aft deck, while forward areas open another place to enjoy the surrounding islands. Days on the water are backed by an extensive collection including Seabob, eFoil, wakeboard, water skis, two SUPs, canoes and towable tubes. With five crew and cruising grounds extending through Greece and Turkey, Parea brings traditional sailing character into a thoroughly updated private charter setting.

2026 Charter Rates / Per Week
A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is a separate payment—typically around %30-40 of the charter price—made in addition to the base charter fee. It is used to cover a wide range of expenses that are not included in the charter price. These may include, but are not limited to: fuel for cruising and water sports, food and drinks, marina and port charges, customs and local taxes, waste disposal, shore power, laundry, onshore transportation, excursions, and any special equipment or services requested by the guests.
This allowance ensures that the yacht can be fully provisioned and responsive to the preferences of the charter party. The captain manages the APA during the trip and keeps a record of all expenditures. If the total spending exceeds the prepaid amount, the client is expected to cover the difference during the charter. Any unused funds are refunded at the end of the voyage.
It’s important to note that the A.P.A. does not include gratuities for the crew, which are at the discretion of the client.
